Nationally recognized laser expert Dr. Jay Kulkin founded WIFH in 2002 as one of the first concierge medical facilities offering aesthetic laser procedures for both men and women. Over that time, Dr. Kulkin and his staff have performed over 300,000 laser procedures ranging from hair removal and cellulite treatments to laser assisted liposuction and tattoo removal.
The Project Challenge
Historically, WIFH had garnered a steady flow of business from its website marketing efforts from both organic and paid search. However early in 2012, WIFH had undergone a complete overhaul of its website and unfortunately the search engine value and overall functionality of the new website suffered significantly to the point where most all of the site’s organic rankings had diminished and the steady flow of new patient leads had all but dried up. The decrease in rankings and leads led WIFH to call on Captivate Search Marketing to stop the bleeding, fix the problems, and to turn the website back into a solid source of lead generation.
The ROI Focused Solution
Because the state of the website was in disarray, the first order of business to turn things around for WIFH was to rebuild its site on a search engine friendly content management platform that was both easy to use for their administrators, but would also set them up for optimal organic SEO success. We developed a new site for WIFH.com utilizing the same design that launched earlier in the year, but coded it in a manner that was far more search engine friendly from an HTML perspective, added a user friendly contact form to collect conversions, and implemented a fully optimized set of keyword friendly website content, URLs, and meta tags.
Because WIFH received approximately 40% of its web traffic from mobile devices, we also created a mobile friendly version of the website to help them capture more leads from mobile sources.
To drive higher organic search rankings and more online visibility for WIFH, we developed a comprehensive content marketing strategy that included marketing existing videos, articles, etc., that hadn’t yet been optimized or utilized to its full marketing potential, and developed an on-site and off-site blogging and link building strategy focused on new content production and social media engagement.
